Exhibitions

Most of the Society's objectives are represented in local and foreign activities are as follows:

The Society first public art exhibition was held in 1968 for its members to exhibit their art works annually.

• The Society annual public art exhibition that enables all Arab artists and others who are residing in Kuwait in addition to members of the Society to participate in that exhibition. The exhibition was organized following the ninth final "Spring Exhibition", whose first show, however, had been in 1969 under the name of "the First Public Exhibition".

• Kuwait Exhibition for Arab Formative that is open for all formative assemblies in the Arab world to participate in common under the auspices of H.H. the Crown Prince and Prime Minister who wraps it with care and support, the matter that was reflected positively on the activities of the exhibition.

• The exhibition of February 25 which is the most contemporary group exhibition was held by the Society by virtue of the recommendation of the Ministry of the Sports and Youth in the GCC Countries in their meeting which tackled the necessity of finding the best means of cooperation between the youths of the GCC countries through holding exhibitions, ceremonies and competitions during national days of these Gulf countries.

• The Contemporary Kuwaiti Art Exhibition belongs to the members of the Society. Its main aim is to enable Kuwaiti Artists to know the creations of other countries and show off their own creativity in the field of art.

• Contemporary Kuwait Art Exhibition Madrid - Barcelona 1982.
• Contemporary Kuwait Art Exhibition Muscat 1983.
• Contemporary Kuwait Art Exhibition Sharja 1985.
• Contemporary Kuwait Art Exhibition Sofia 1986.
• Contemporary Kuwait Art Exhibition Riyadh 1987.
• Contemporary Kuwait Art Exhibition Moscow 1987.
• Contemporary Kuwait Art Exhibition Paris 1988.
• Contemporary Kuwait Art Exhibition Rome 1988.
• Contemporary Kuwait Art Exhibition Bahrain 1990.
• Contemporary Kuwait Art Exhibition Cairo 1992.
• Contemporary Kuwait Art Exhibition Tunis 1992.

The Society has adopted the policy of holding many personal exhibitions for Kuwaitis, Arabs and foreigners on equal footing. These personal exhibitions are considered as one of the society cultural activities besides holding many symposia and cultural lectures, which deal with formative art affairs.
